As a producer at Overtime, frequently working with athletes, I've been able to lean into one of my core content beliefs of making the process fun.

I truly believe the more fun we all have creating the content, the more fun the viewers will have watching. To see that belief be confirmed with tangible results has elevated my confidence and creativity to another level, and more importantly created lasting memories for myself and those I've had the pleasure of working with.
